Vinda held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 100,000 tons capacity enhancement project worth of 1 billion HKD on Mar 2nd. Secretary of Xinhui District Committee Lin Chongzhong, District Head Songbo, Chairman of Vinda Li Chao Wang attended the ceremony and addressed the audience, 

Secretary Lin Chongzhong spoke highly of the company’s achievements and said the enhancement project would set another milestone for the company. District government would continue to provide full support for the company’s development and accelerate all relevant procedures. 

Director of Household Paper Committee in China Paper Association Cao Zhenlei said in his speech that Vinda was a market leader in the industry after 10 years of development. In recent years, Vinda expanded its businesses to Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei and regions like HK, Macau and US. He expected Vinda to better leverage its advantages and built Xinhui into an international tissue production base. 

Finally all the guests cut ribbons and announced the beginning of official construction work for the project.
