SCA, a global consumer goods and paper company, announced an agreement on Mar 29th,2007, with Vinda to purchase shares in the company. 

Founded in 1920s, SCA is a Fortune 500 paper company headquartered in Sweden. SCA has rapidly expanded its business through mergers and acquisitions. Just last month, SCA successfully acquired the “TEMPO” brand from P&G.

Vinda, on the other hand, is a leading tissue provider in China. The company actively expand its businesses in Guangdong, Hubei, Sichuan and Beijing through building new factories. The agreement signifies an important step to strategic cooperation of both parties.
