(1 April 2016 – Hong Kong) Vinda International Holdings Limited (stock code: 3331) is pleased to announce today that it has completed the acquisition of SCA Hygiene Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.. The acquisition of SCA Hygiene Korea Co. Ltd. and SCA Taiwan Ltd. is expected to complete on 1 April. 

Following the completion of the acquisition, SCA Malaysia, SCA Korea and SCA Taiwan become the subsidiaries of Vinda International.
